Neng was a street fighter in Northeast China but decides to start a new life in Hong Kong’s Kowloon Walled City. Unfortunately, he is implicated in the fights and conspiracies among the triad forces. When his good friend is hunted down by the triad, Neng must team up with the residents of Kowloon Walled City to fight back and save his friend.
