Luk and Ching are working on a Customs corruption case which they find out the case is linked to King, the leader of an international human trafficking group, and also involves Emma Pong, the Chief Justice of South East Asia. Luk and Ching together with Chief Inspector Lau Po-keung are determined to bring King to justice.
